Trackealo.com (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows sellers to track their packages through updates provided by their own drivers ("You," "User"). The Service is provided by Trackealo ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Our Service offers a platform where sellers can manage and track their shipments based on updates submitted by their own drivers. The drivers are employees or agents of the seller, and it is the seller’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the updates provided.

We do not:

• Offer logistics, shipping, or delivery services.
• Verify or guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by your drivers.

3. User Eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are using the Service for business purposes.
• You have the authority to bind your company or organization to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure that your drivers use the Service responsibly and provide accurate shipment updates.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service.
• Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays caused by your drivers.

5. Service Availability and Updates

We strive to provide reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in updates provided by your drivers.
• Loss of business, revenue, or data.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

7. Fees and Payment

If the Service is provided on a subscription basis, you agree to pay the applicable fees according to the pricing plan you select. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with prior notice.

9. Termination
